Scope of Services
SK Travel Luxury (a trading name of Eliski Tmi) provides travel design, planning, and concierge coordination services. This includes creating personalized itineraries, recommending and coordinating bookings with third-party providers (hotels, airlines, yacht charter companies, private aviation operators, restaurants, and other travel suppliers), and providing support throughout your trip.
We do not act as a tour operator, airline, or accommodation provider ourselves. Our role is to design, coordinate, and facilitate — the actual travel services are provided directly by the third parties we work with.
Booking & Payment
Once an itinerary is confirmed, bookings and payments for flights, accommodation, transfers, and other services are made directly with the relevant third-party provider, not through this website. Payment terms, currency, and methods are set by each individual provider and will be communicated to you as part of your itinerary.
SK Travel Luxury does not process, store, or hold client payments.
Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation policies, change fees, and refund conditions are determined by each individual travel provider (hotel, airline, yacht charter company, etc.) and vary by booking. We will share the specific cancellation terms for each component of your itinerary at the time of booking.
We are happy to assist with requesting changes or cancellations on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that fall outside a provider's own policy.
Liability
SK Travel Luxury coordinates and facilitates travel arrangements provided by independent third parties. While we select our partners carefully, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of airlines, hotels, yacht operators, or other providers — liability for the actual delivery of a service rests with the provider in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services should first be raised directly with us at [email protected], so we can work toward a resolution. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
